区域城市化与经济协调发展测度研究——以咸宁市为例

Study on the Measure of Coordinated Development between Regional Urbanization and Economics—A Case of Xianning City

根据1978—2007年咸宁市的统计资料,分别建立区域城市化和经济发展水平测度指标体系,借助因子分析方法,对城市化综合水平以及经济发展综合水平进行测度,同时建立协调测度模型,测算出咸宁市城市化与经济发展的协调度,并对其时空演变特征进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)改革开放以来,咸宁市经济发展与城市化协调度大致可分为三个阶段,1978—1998年为不协调期,协调度为负;1999—2000年为基本协调时期,协调度为正,城市发展走向优化;2000—2007年为协调期,城市化与经济综合水平都为正,两者协调度趋向稳定。(2)2005年咸宁城市化与经济发展协调度在空间分布上明显存在地区性差异。

According to the statistical data in Xianning City from 1978 to 2007,this paper sets up the indicator systems for the regional level of urbanization and the economic development separately,and,with factor analysis method,estimates the general level of urbanization and the comprehensive level of economic development.At the same time,the paper builds the model of measure correlation to estimate the correlation degree between urbanization and economic development in Xianning since the reform and opening-up,and analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the evolution.The results show that since the reform and opening-up,the correlation degree between urbanization and economic development can be broadly divided into three stages： The period from 1978 to 1998 was the non-coordination period;the period from 1999 to 2000 was basically the coordination period and correlation was positive when the development of city was optimized;and the period from 2000 to 2007 was the coordination period.In this period,the general urbanization and economic level was positive,and the correlation between these two indicators tended to be stabilized.There was a regional gap between urbanization and the correlation degree of economics in 2005.
