农民的概念已经变得十分模糊,从"以权利意识为中心构建乡村的良法美制"这一社会主义法治国目标讲,农民必须被限定在"农业从业者"的范围之内。如此以来,当代中国农村的权利主体就具有了非常值得关注的特殊性:当代中国农村的主力是48岁左右,一般都经过文化大革命等社会巨变洗礼。这一群体,被"革命话语"这一特异性化育涤除了传统社会的以"礼让"等规范为中心的道德理性。在改革开放后,又被以效率为主导的政治权威表彰追逐物质利益。

The concept of Farmer has become very fuzzy,but in order to study China＇s rural problems,we must clarify the concept.From＂To build villages in Good Order and The Rule of Law as The Goal of Good,＂say the goal of socialist rule by law,Farmer must be limited to＂agricultural practitioners＂in scope.This has been the subject of rights in Contemporary Rural China would have a very special concern：the main contemporary rural China was 48years old,generally through the baptism of the Cultural Revolution and other severe social changes.This group was＂ revolutionary discourse,＂the specificity of PET in addition to traditional social genesis of＂comity＂,etc as the center of the moral reason.After reform and opening up,it is efficiency-oriented pursuit of material benefits in recognition of political authority.
