新农村法制建设在新农村建设的伟大工程中占有重要的战略地位,它不仅是促进农村生产力发展的重要保障和化解农村社会各种矛盾的有力手段,而且是新农村建设的重要内容。然而我国农村法制建设由于受到经济基础薄弱、法律意识淡薄等种种因素影响,严重滞后于新农村建设的现实需要。在深入分析我国农村法制建设现状的基础上,针对当前农村法制建设存在的问题,提出了加强新农村法制建设的若干意见,以期能为改善我国农村法制建设状况提供一些对策。

In the great project of new countryside construction,the new rural legal system construction occupies an important strategic position.Due to various factors,in our country the rural legal construction is lag behind the real need of new countryside construction.Based on a thorough analysis of the current situation of the construction of legal system in rural areas,the essay puts forward some constructive opinions to solve problems existing in the rural construction of legal system.The writer hopes that the essay can put forward effective measures to improve the situation of the new rural legal system construction.
