心理辅导视角下的大学生就业问题探析

Study on Employment of Undergraduates in Perspective of Psychological Counseling

大学生就业已经成为社会普遍关注的热点问题。大学生在就业环节中呈现出来的心理问题日趋引人重视,就业心态是否正确直接影响就业的成败。本文首先分析了大学生就业心态的几种主要表现,最后指出心理辅导在就业环节中的重要作用,并提出解决问题的针对性措施。

Undergraduates＇ employment has become a hot topic in our society.At the same time,the psychological problems have been presented at the process of hunting job while attracted more and more people＇s attention.Whether you can success or not is directly determined by the employment＇s attitude and state of mind.This paper firstly analyzed the main performance of college students＇ employment attitude,and then proved the importance of psychological consultation. Finally,this paper put forward some pointed measures to solve the problems.
