Synthesis of 7-Substituted-2-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2naphthalene Carboxylic Acid

摘要 以7-取代苯乙酸为原料,经由2-四氢萘酮中间体,海因水解为关键步骤合成7-取代-2-氨基-1,2,3,4-四氢-2-萘甲酸,总收率为32%,并考察了不同7-取代海因的水解条件.关键中间体及目标分子的结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱得到确认。 7-Substituted-2-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthalene carboxylic acid was synthesized through 2-tetralone intermediate by hydantoin hydrolysis from the starting materials 7-substituted phenylacetic acid in a total yield of 32%,and hydrolysis conditions of different 7-substituted hydantoin were examined.The structures of the key intermediate and the target molecule were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
