摘要
针对汽车真空助力器性能试验项目多、标准不统一、因而限制了通用化和系列化、不利于质量监督和技术交流等存在的问题,在研究了国家标准的基础上,通过大量试验,确定在试验台加载端采用伺服电机做为动力、在负载端采用弹簧活塞以及软管的两种负载方案;控制部分采用工控机及PCL系列接口卡,实现对整个试验台的控制,液压系统采用电液伺服阀,气动系统采用增压器和比例阀,分别对液压和气压进行控制;在分析了试验方法的基础上,设计了总成试验台,解决了性能试验的诸多问题。
Vacuum Booster Performance Test includes many of the pilot project,and the test standards are not uniform.It not only limits the product of generic and serializational,but also detrimental to the product quality supervision and technical exchanges.Based on the analysis and research on national standards,and with a large number of test,finally,in the test bed to determine the loading end as the servo motor power;in the spring piston and the load used two hose load program;control part of the IPC and PCL Series with interface cards to achieve the control of the entire test bed;hydraulic system uses electro-hydraulic servo valve;pneumatic system and the proportional valve with supercharger,respectively to control the hydraulic and pneumatic.This paper designs a test bed assembly to resolve this problem,based on the analysis of the performance test method.
