摘要
研制了一款太阳能充电器,由于太阳能电池板的电压波动较大,为了提高转换效率,利用Buck变换器降压后,作为充电管理电路的输入;根据电池电压,充电管理电路可对电池进行预充电、恒流、恒压三阶段充电,并可以根据光照强度调节充电电流大小;实验结果表明,该充电器的转换效率高达80%,可在1.5~2.5 h内完成单节锂电池充电。
In this paper,a practical solar charger is developed.In order to improve the conversion efficiency,a buck converter is utilized to supply the charge management circuit because of the voltage fluctuation of solar cell panel.The charge management circuit charges the battery in three phases: conditioning,constant current and constant voltage based on the battery voltage.In addition,the charge current can be adjusted manually according to the solar spectral intensity.The experimental results show that the conversion efficiency of the whole charger can be as high as 80% and the charge process can be completed within 1.5~2.5 hours.
