烟支净质量控制系统作为卷烟机械中一个组成部分,对烟支的品质控制具有非常重要的作用。其通过放射源对烟条进行照射,射线穿透烟条时强度会随烟丝密度变化而变化,根据这一特性,该系统能够较好的实时测量出烟条净质量,并结合系统中的电控系统对烟丝供应量进行适当调节,从而构成一个检测与控制的闭环系统。为了使这一系统能够发挥出理想的效能,为生产提供可靠的保障,这里对与此相关的内容进行论述,提供出维护的思路和方法。

As an important ingredient of the cigarette-roller machine,the cigarette weight control system plays an important role in cigarette quality.From a radioactive source,a ray will be shot though cigarettes and the strength of the ray will vary alone with the intensity of tobacco.According to this property,the system can make a better real-time detection of the weight of cigarette,and make a proper adjustment to the tobacco supply with the help of an auto-control system,thus,a closed loop system of detection and controlling can be formed.To make the most use of the system’s utility and to give a reliable guarantee to production,I hereby discuss some aspects concerned in this subject and suggest some thoughts and methods.
