高新技术企业运用财税优惠创新发展保障研究

Study on the Guarantee for Innovative Development of High-tech Enterprises in Taking Advantage of Financial and Tax Incentives

基于合肥市某工业区内的三个高新技术企业发展与现状,分析如何运用各项税收优惠条款,加强财务核算,减轻税收负担,增强创新能力。提出工业区应积极发挥"科技创业园"孵化器作用,地方政府应为高新技术企业创新发展提供有力支持。

Based on the developing situation of three high-tech enterprises in Hefei,this article analyzes how to take advantage of various kinds of tax incentives,foster financial accounting,lessen tax burden and promote their innovative capability.It then puts that the industrial district should have a full play of its role as a technological pioneer and the local government should give a strong back-up for the innovative development of those high-tech enterprises.
