On the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

文章结合工作实践,对非物质文化遗产的目标界定、保护主体的职能划分与保护的几个层次进行了分析和阐述,提出了非物质文化遗产目标界定的四个基本点,提出了具中国特色的非物质文化遗产保护主体的职能区分及实现良性互动的方式,并将非物质文化遗产保护方法梳理为三个层次,指出保护的最高层次是培育传统文化生存发展的土壤,合理开发利用传统文化资源,推动优秀的非物质文化遗产融入现代日常生活。

With the author＇s working experience,this paper analyzes and elaborates the definition of intangible cultural heritage,division of its functions and levels of protection of its subjects.It then puts forward four basic points for its definition,the division of its functions and ways to achieve a positive interaction.Last it remarks three levels of protecting methods,the highest of which is to cultivate the soil for the survival and development of traditional culture,rationally develop and utilize traditional culture resources,and promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage into modern life.
