摘要
危机遮断系统涉及整个机组安全,而控制回路是汽轮机危机遮断系统的关键所在。近年来,随着分散控制系统DCS可靠性的增强,控制回路的设计也不断发展变化。鉴于此,通过对国电蚌埠发电有限公司汽轮机危急遮断系统ETS与小汽机危急遮断系统METS控制回路的设计进行分析和说明,对其不同之处进行了比较,指出了控制回路设计的发展方向。
Steam turbine emergency trip system is an important function influencing the safety of a generating unit,and the control loop is the key.With the enhancement in the distribution control system dependability,the design of emergency trip system control loop has developed and changed.With the description of the ETS control loop and METS control loop in Bengbu unit,this paper compares the two analysis of control loop,and points out the development trend of the loop design.
