摘要
通过运用计算机数值模拟软件CFX10.0,对现有的中间包内腔结构进行优化,使得连铸每个浇次的中包平均铸余量降低3.5吨左右,年减少中包铸余量8400多吨。应用生产40天,256个浇次,节约钢水443吨,探伤合格率达99.63%。
Inner surface of tundish is optimized by means of computer numerical simulation soft CFX10.0, which makes the amount of average residual molten steel reduce by 3.5 tons per casting time and 8400 tons each year. 443 tons mol- ten steel has been saved and qualified rate of flaw detection has reached 99.63% after optimization for 40 days, 256 casting times.
