摘要
ERP上线前,人工编制计划,用纸张传递,效率低。ERP的上线实现了一级计划管理,高效、准确下达生产作业计划,做到精细化排程、物料自动计算、产品规格归类化生产、全流程跟踪。进一步提高了产量,提高了合同兑现率,降低了成本。
Before ERP system was put into operation, manual production planning and information transferred by paper resulted in lower efficiency. With implementing ERP,centralized production planning management was realized ,which can implement production planning efficiently and accurately. Therefore, fine schedule in detail, automatic calculation of material, classified production based on product specification and the whole processing tracking can be achieved. The production capacity and contract fulfillment rates have been improved and the cost has been reduced.
