摘要
茶皂素是一类非常具有发展前景的农药助剂和生物农药,目前茶皂素的研究应用存在的关键技术问题是:工业化提纯的茶皂素成品纯度难以提高,提取成本过高;在基础理论方面,对茶皂素的构效关系、活性机理等缺乏深入研究,茶皂紊价格难以与化工原料竞争,企业不愿使用。作为绿色环保产品,近年来国内外化工原料市场对茶皂素的需求量逐渐扩大,其产业化开发利用受到国家和相关地方政府的高度重视和扶植。通过浙江省重大科技专项"油茶粕生物综合利用关键技术研究与产业化"的研究,预期所取得的研究成果将为产业的发展提供重要技术支撑,将产生良好的社会经济效益。
Theasaponin is one kind of important pesticide agents and biological pesticides with developmental prospect. The existed key technical problems in application and research now are that the purity of Theasaponin extracted industrially is difficult to be raised, the cost of extraction is too high, the research of basic theory on the association between chemical structure and effects, and the active mechanism of Theasaponin is backward. As the price of Theasaponin could not compete with chemical products, enterprises dislike use it. As a green product benefiting for environment, the requirement amount for Theasaponin in domestic and international chemical market is increasing in recent years, its industrial exploration and utilization is being paid more attention and support by the national and local government. Through conducting the research of the grand scientific and technical project of Zhejiang province, the research and industrialization on the key techniques of biological integrated utilization for camellia cake, it is prospected that the obtained achievements will provide important technical support for development of the industry and produce good social and economic effects.
