This pape used the theory of complex number and the Euler;s formula, obtained a important property and two deductions on in cribe regular n-polygons of circle based on article [1], and also gives the prove. In second section, applied the property on circumscribed regular （2n＋ 1）- polygons of circle, which is a available exploration to generalize the property in other field.
