摘要
推进和完善岗位聘任和分配制度改革,已逐渐成为当前各高校新一轮校内管理体制改革的核心.就湖州职业技术学院实施岗位聘任的实践而言,高职院校岗位聘任和分配制度的改革,应紧密结合学校自身的实际,强化岗位管理,科学合理地设置岗位,制定合理的聘任条件,并在聘任改革中充分重视和处理好各种关系才能取得实效。
The study has found that it has gradually become a new core of a school management system in colleges and universities to promote and improve both the post appointment and distribution system. According to the work of implementing post appointment system in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College, the author proposes that the work should be closely combined with the reality of the school itself, post management be strengthened, posts be set scientifically and properly, and the requirements of each post be reasonably formulated as well. Besides, it is of significance to actively explore the reform of the work, attach importance to the work and deal with the problems concerned in it.
