摘要
由于历史等多方面的原因,高职院校普遍存在着数量和质量两方面的师资欠缺,此时外聘教师就成了高职院校师资力量的一种重要补充。同时,随着各高职院校中外聘教师的数量和所占比例的不断增加,这就要求高职院校管理部门必须充分认识外聘教师的重要作用,并不断改进和完善对外聘教师的相关管理措施,才能充分调动外聘教师的积极性,最大限度地促进外聘教师作用的充分发挥。
Due to historical or many other reasons, higher vocational colleges in our country are lacking teachers both in quantity and quality, and that's why part -time teachers have become an important teaching complement. And at the same time, with the awareness to vocational education deepened and the policy -oriented role by the national education departments strengthened, the number and the percentage of part -time teachers, who are employed from other schools, are becoming larger continually, which requires the management departments con- cerned to fully understand the part- time teachers, who play important role in many aspects of college construction and development, and to improve and perfect some management measures for part - time teachers in order to maximize the role of them.
