摘要
能力本位是职业教育的核心理论,也是高等职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的重要依据。分析能力本位的框架结构及内涵,针对核心能力培养中的德育教育,应遵循理性化、人本化、开放性及层次性等原则,进行高职院校德育教育改革,并采用目标德育法、系统德育法、渗透德育法及实践德育法等具体方法,在能力本位的理念下,形成符合时代特征的道德素养教育方法。
Ability- based theory is not only the core theory of vocational education, but also an important part for higher- vocational education to train high quality and skilled talents. This article aims to analyze the frame structure and connotation of 'ability basis'. For analyzing moral education which included in core ability training, the article discusses such principals as theoretical, mancentered, open and multi- level aspects. With the combination of moral educational reform and practice in higher- vocational institutions, to find moral educational methods that fit the spirit of the age under the ability -based theory, the author offers an opinion of combining objectives, systems, penetration as well as practice to strengthen core ability- based training.
