摘要
本文针对在区域阴极保护设计中,深井阳极地床位置、井深等参数的选取,都是设计人员依靠经验选取,缺乏理论指导。造成个别阴极保护站存在“过保护和欠保护现象”,针对这一问题,本文详细论述了用数值模拟技术替代传统的经验设计模式,把传统的阴极保护站设计理念进行了全面的更新,通过理论数值模型更加直观体现了阴极保护站模拟效果,避免了由于依靠经验确定阳极位置井深造成的浪费,通过在喇291阴极保护站现场实施后,优化减少2座深井辅助阳极地床及辅助设施.降低了工程造价36万元。
In the design of regional cathodic protection, usually the parameters such as the position of deep well anode groundbed and the well depth are chosen on the basis of the designer's experience but it is lack of theoretical guidance, which results in the "over - protection or under - protection phenomena" of some cathodic protection stations. The paper describes how use the numerical simulation technology instead of the traditional experience - based design mode. The design conception of the cathodic protection stations is completely upgraded. The theoretical numerical model could more intuitively reflect the simulation result of the cathodic protection station. The waste caused by experience - based anode position and well depth could be avoided. This technology has been applied on the La- 291 cathodic protection station. By optimization study, it decreases two deep well auxiliary anode groundbed and associated facilities and RMB 360,000 Yuan engineering cost is saved.
