Study on Several Relations that Need to be properly Handled in the Process of Civilization Development in China Rural Areas

乡风文明属于社会意识范畴,乡风文明建设是建设社会主义精神文明的重要内容。在乡风文明建设的具体实践中,需要处理好乡风文明建设与新农村建设的关系,多元的经济发展与乡风文明建设的关系,先进文化与传统文化、民俗文化的关系,德育教育与法制约束的关系。只有从政治、经济、文化、法制四位一体出发,才能全面建设好社会主义新农村乡风文明。

The civilization development in rural area belongs to the social consciousness,and is one important part of overall socialist civilization development. In developing civilization in such area,it is crucial to properly handle several relations. These include the relation between civilization and new rural township development; the relation between diversified economic development and civilization development,the relation between modern culture and local cultural traditions; and that between moral education and legal obligation. The civilization development can be successful only if it would be properly combined with the developments in political,economic,cultural and legal system.
