地方高校人才培养模式的构建

Study on the Setting of Talent Cultivation Mode in Local Universities

构建地方高校人才培养模式,对发挥地方高校在我国高等教育中的作用十分重要。本文根据国务院教育改革和发展纲要的精神,结合地方高校自身发展的条件,从地方高校的定位与发展、培养方案等方面对地方高校人才培养模式的构建进行分析,提出要在以学生为本的教育教学思想指导下,制订培养方案,结合地方经济社会发展需要,合理实施分流教育,注重综合素质培养,为地方经济社会发展培养高素质、复合型应用人才。

To better utilize the resource in provincial colleges in China＇s Higher Education,it is crucial to construct the correct education model in such colleges. Based on the Outline for the National Education Reform and Development and the provincial college＇s own development,this paper analyzed the education model in those colleges and proposed students-oriented new model. It further proposed how to design education plan based on the need of local economic and social development,and properly categorize education hierarchy structure. Such education model will train better professionals with compound capabilities for local economic development.
