浅议民族地区基础教育的可持续发展

Sustainable Development of Basic Education in Ethnic Areas

基础教育在民族地区实现跨越式发展中占有极其重要的地位。但由于多种因素的影响,民族地区基础教育在追求可持续发展道路上存在着教育软硬件设施落后、师资力量薄弱且结构不合理、教育质量总体水平较低与学生流失率较高等亟待解决的问题。要解决好这些问题,民族地区应加大自身的开发力度、整合学校资源、发展寄宿制学校、优化教师队伍结构和加强师资建设,方能开辟出有效的发展之路。

The basic education plays a very important role in the great-leap-forward development of ethnic ar-eas.Because of various factors,basic education comes into some problems in the pursuit of sustainable de-velopment.For example,software and hardware facilities are backward;professional faculty force is weak and the structure is unreasonable;the level of the teaching quality is low and the rate of student drain is high.All of the problems need urgent solution.To solve these problems,the minority regions should intensify it own development,integrate teaching resources,consolidate and develop the boarding schools,optimize the team of teachers,and strengthen the construction of the teachers.By doing so,it can blaze an effective way in edu-cational development.
