摘要
学生的道德品质可以通过自我生成的因素,自己调节,同样也会受到外在因素的影响。教师是教育教学的中坚力量,教育的成效与否,除了与教育的方法、教育的理念和教育的隐形因素有关外,更多地取决于教师个人影响力的大小。教师通过本人的人格特征、言行举止等对学生产生影响,潜移默化地影响着学生的个性和品德的发展。
Students’ moral character can be regulated by themselves through self-generated factors.Similarly,they can also be affected by external factors.Teachers are the backbone of education and teaching.The effectiveness of education depends on the personal influence of teachers,in addition to the methods of education,philosophy of education and the invisible factors of education.Teachers should influence the students through their personality,behavior and so on.They exert a subtle influence on students’ personality and moral development.
