摘要
追踪观察了５４例骨折病人外周血神经递质包括５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）、组织胺、去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）、多巴胺（ＤＡ）及炎症反应介质前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）水平的变化，发现骨折病人外周血５－ＨＴ、ＮＥ、ＤＡ和ＰＧＥ２均有不同程度升高，且与疼痛主诉及骨折局部压痛有明显相关性。当给予口服中药复方接骨壮筋胶囊后，则能明显降低骨折病人外周血神经递质类的含量。
The authors traced
and observed the changes of the levels of peripheral blood nerve transmitters in 54 cases of
fracture. The observed transmitters included: 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT), histamine,
noradrenalin (NE), dopamine (DA), and prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2 ), an inflammatory
reaction transmitter. Through observations, it was found that 5 HT, NE, DA and PGE 2 of the
peripheral blood were raised in varied degrees in patients with fracture and significantly related
to patients complaints and local tenderness. The oral application of “JIEGU ZHUANGJIN
JIAONANG” (Capsules for Accelerating Fracture Healing and Strengthening Muscles and
Tendons) could remarkably reduce the levels of peripheral blood nerve transmitters in fracture
cases, suggesting that this may be related to the mechanism of “JIEGU ZHUANGJIN
JIAONANG” stimulating fracture healing.
