自锁锚固技术在水轮机转轮室修复中的应用

陆水电厂4#机组转轮室内壁因汽蚀和水流冲刷严重磨损,转轮室内壁钢衬脱落一块,需进行修复处理。采用表面粘结钢板并应用自锁锚杆锚固取代传统的钢板螺栓锚固的处理方法,实践证明效果良好,值得在工程中推广应用。

A piece of runner chamber steel liner sheded in unit 4 generator group of Lushui hydropower plant due to cavitation and severe flow scouring.The measure of surface-bonded steel with selflock anchorage was proved to be better than the traditional method of fixing with steel and bolt in long years,practice.And it should be popularized.
