摘要
依据《教育部关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量若干意见》的精神,结合高职院校"双师型"教师的特点及我校高职发电厂及电力系统专业人才培养方案,分析了该专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的内容,提出了对策和措施。
According to the instruction of Education Ministry,the characteristic of double-quality teacher of vocational college and Changjiang Engineering Vocational College＇s talents training plan,the content of double-quality teacher team building in power plants and power system was given,and some strategies were put forth.
