思想政治教育质量评估方法和标准研究——基于警卫部队的思考

思想政治教育是警卫部队政治工作的生命线,是加强党对警卫部队绝对领导、提高战斗力的重要保证,其直接关系到警卫部队能否担当起确保警卫对象、警卫目标、重要会议和大型活动绝对安全的历史重任。因此,很有必要通过对警卫部队思想政治教育质量评估的重要意义、评估的方法,即:系统分析法、比较分析法、实测发、数量化评价法、目标管理法等方法的研究,重点提出警卫部队思想政治教育质量评估体系的标准,以期为警卫部队思想政治教育的健康发展提供一些有益的探索。

The ideological and political education is the lifeline of the security forces＇ political work,is an important guarantee to strengthen the party＇s absolute leadership,and relates directly to the historical mission of ensuring the important target object,large-scale activities absolute safety.Therefore,it is necessary to take a research on the evaluation of the ideological and political education,whose methods includes system analysis,comparative analysis and quantitative evaluation method,test methods,and goal management.It mainly proposes an evaluation standard so as to bring out some useful exploration to help the ideological and political education develop healthily.
