Comparison of Salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba from Different Areas

目的:比较不同产地大花红景天药材中红景天苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC测定红景天苷含量。结果:西藏、青海、云南等不同产地的大花红景天的红景天苷含量均高于0.50%。结论:不同产地大花红景天药材中红景天苷含量差异较大,以西藏产区为优。

Objective： To compare the contents of salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata （ Hook. f. et Thoms. ） H. Ohba from different areas. Methods： A HPLC method was applied to determine salidroside. Results： Sixteen samples were determined, the contents of salidroside were higher than 0. 50 %. Conclusion： The contents of salidroside from different areas were different greatly, the sample from Tibet is better than others.
