蕈样肉芽肿患者外周血淋巴细胞HLA-DR抗原表达的研究

Study of Expression of HLA DR Antigen on Peripheral Lymphocytes in Patients with Mycosis Fungoides.

目的探讨蕈样肉芽肿（ＭＦ）患者外周血淋巴细胞的ＨＬＡＤＲ抗原表达及其意义。方法应用流式细胞术及免疫双荧光染色法，共检测１０例ＭＦ。结果ＭＦ患者外周血ＨＬＡＤＲ＋淋巴细胞数及ＣＤ＋３ＨＬＡＤＲ＋淋巴细胞数与正常对照的差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ分别＜０．０１，＜０．００１），ＨＬＡＤＲ＋淋巴细胞数及ＣＤ＋３ＨＬＡＤＲ＋淋巴细胞数与疾病临床分期均呈显著正相关（ｒ值分别为０．７９６、０．７６７，Ｐ均＜０．０１）。ＣＤ＋４ＨＬＡＤＲ＋Ｔ细胞、ＣＤ＋８ＨＬＡＤＲ＋Ｔ细胞均高于正常对照，差异非常显著（Ｐ分别＜０．０５、＜０．００１）。结论ＭＦ患者外周血淋巴细胞ＨＬＡＤＲ抗原表达普遍存在异常，与ＭＦ的发病密切相关。

Objective To explore the expression and meaning of HLA DR in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) in patients with Mycosis Fungoides(MF).Methods By using immunofluorescent double marker flow cytometry,10 cases of MF were examined.Results HLA DR + lymphocytes and CD + 3 HLA DR + lymphocytes were significantly higher than that of control groups ( P <0.01, P <0.001),respectively),and they had positively correlation to the clinical stages(r=0.796, P <0.01;r=0.767, P <0.01).CD + 4 DLA DR + T cells,CD + 8 HLA DR + T cells were higher than that of control group ( P <0.05, P <0.001 respectively).Conclusion These data suggest that there exists abnormality of the expression of HLA DR in MF PBL,which may be correlated with pathogenesis of MF.
