摘要
文章针对目前硫酸盐型盐湖盐田工艺存在的不足,通过在盐湖现场的实验研究提出了新的盐田工艺。在此工艺下,卤水中各种钾盐矿物预先在盐田生产中得到了相互分离,简化了盐田矿物相应产品的加工工序并降低了加工成本。文章仅对硫酸盐型盐湖卤水在盐田生产过程中分离硫混盐矿(生产硫酸钾镁肥的原料)的盐田实验部分进行讨论,给出了盐田参数。
Aiming at the deficiency of the salt pond process of sulfate type saline at present, this study advanced a new process of making sulfate - bearing salts mixtures in the process of salt pond production by means of experiment in the salt lake spot. By using the new process, we can separate potash salt each other from brine in the process of salt pond production, so that it is possible to simplify process and reduce cost of making the mixture into products. This paper just discuss study of separating sulfate - bearing salts mixture--the material of production sulphate - potassium magnesium fertilizer---from brine in the process of sulfate type salt pond production and write out process parameters of salt pond.
