摘要
采用甲亚胺-H酸分光光度法测定了高MgCl2含量的卤水中的硼含量,讨论了甲亚胺-H酸与硼酸的显色过程。考查了显色时间、显色温度和测定温度对吸光度的影响,显色时间随温度的升高而降低,吸光度的测定应保持测定温度一致。考查了MgCl2含量对测定结果的影响,对于高MgCl2含量的卤水,可加入过量EDTA消除MgCl2影响。
Azomethine - H acid spectrophotometry was adopted for determination of boron in brine with high MgCl2 content. Affecting factors, such as color development time, temperature, MgCl2 content, were investigated for the method. When the method was applied to different brines, good recoveries were achieved for all. Uncertainties of the method were also analyzed, and the result showed that among all the uncertainty components, uncertainty from preparation of standard solution gave the largest contribution.
