12万t/a真空制盐项目自动控制技术的研究与应用

介绍了DCS系统在真空制盐工艺上的应用实例,详细总结了DCS系统的控制水平及效果,并通过2006年天津长芦汉沽盐场有限责任公司竣工投产的采用传统仪表控制方式的15万t/a精制盐项目与2007年试车投产的采用DCS控制方式的12万t/a精制盐项目相对比的方法,凸显了DCS控制技术的优势,如减轻操作人员的劳动强度、节能降耗、提高产品质量等优势。在生产实践中解决了很多难题,如蒸发罐的液位自控、末效卤水浓度的软测量技术等。并列举了真空制盐的几种实用的模型和控制方案。

This article introduced the application of DCS system in vacuum salt production line. It summarized the control level and effect of thd DCS system. In 2007, DCS system has been used in the 120 000 ton/year of vacuum salt project of Tianjin Changlu Hangu Sahern Co. LTD. Compared with the old control system used in the 150 000 ton/year of vacuum salt production line in 2006, the DCS showed the advantages of lower work intensity, less consumption of energy and raw material, qualitied final product and so on. By the DCS system, some technical problems in the production line are overcome, such as the auto - control of the liquid level of the evaporators, the measuring of the brine concentration in the last evaporator. Also the article expounded several mod- els useful in vacuum salt production line.
