摘要
本文从社会问题、学习、人际交流、情感四个方面分析了目前大学生的日常生活压力的表现及原因。大学生必须学会积极的自我调适,正确认识自我,调整自己的职业意向,克服从众心理,脚踏实地,使自己顺利融入社会。通过分析本文提出了解决问题的方法,试图找到解决问题的出路。
In this paper,I analyzes the performance and the reasons of current stress in university students from four aspects.They include social problems,learning,interpersonal communication,emotional.Students must learn positive self-adjustment,correct understanding,and adjust their career intentions,overcome the herd mentality and smooth integration into the community itself.Through the analysis of this paper,I found the methods to solve the problem,and try to find a solution to the problem.
