On Creative Ability of College Students

二十一世纪是知识经济时代,国际竞争将主要体现为创新人才的竞争。培养创新人才是社会变革与进步的重要标志,高等学校是培养创新人才的基地和摇篮,肩负着重要的历史使命,必须全方位更新观念,把培养大学生的创新能力,作为教育改革的核心。本文从教育理念、教学过程、学术氛围、教学实践和教学管理等层面,结合东西方差异就大学生创新能力低下的原因进行详细分析,进而提出相应对策提升学生创新意识和创新能力。

The 21 century is the era of knowledge economy.International competition will mainly be embodied in the competition of innovative talents.Training innovative talents is an important symbol of social change and progress.College is the base and cradle of training innovative talents.So we must update ideas to regard the training innovative ability of students as the core of education reform.This article analyzes in detail the reasons of low innovative ability of students from the level of educational philosophy,educational course,academic atmosphere,teaching practice and teaching management.Then the author proposes the measure to enhance the innovative consciousness and ability of students.
