我国环境公益诉讼制度的构建

Construction of Environmental Public Litigation System in China

现代社会环境问题的日益严重使得建立环境公益诉讼制度成为热点问题,文章分析了构建环境公益诉讼的必要性和可行性,并在借鉴其他国家的环境公益诉讼制度和我国的司法实践基础上,提出了建立我国环境公益诉讼制度的构想。

Establishing environmental public litigation system has become a hot topic with the worsening of environment in modern society.The conception of establishing environmental public litigation system in China is proposed based on analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishing environmental public litigation system through borrowing the environmental public litigation system of other countries in association with the judicial practice of China.
