摘要
《管子》一书内容驳杂,思想丰富,涵盖经济、政治、文化、社会等各个方面,后人对此论述已非常精到,故在此不再述赘。此文主要从交叉学科(伦理学-法学)的角度来考察《管子》的法制思想,以探寻其法制思想中所蕴含的道德诉求,从而寻找到《管子》法制思想的合理内核——人本性的回归,即回到人本身。
The book Guan Zi is compound in content and rich in thoughts,covering economy,politics,culture and society.The legal thought of Guan Zi is mainly analyzed from the perspective of cross-disciplinary（ethics – law） to explore the moral requisition contained in the legal thought,thus to seek the reasonable core of Guan Zi,that is,regression of the nature of man.
