摘要
观察氨基酸、无机盐和部分维生素对球形芽孢杆菌B.sC341生长、芽孢形成和杀蚊毒力的影响。研究发现,精氨酸、脯氨酸和谷氨酸是该菌良好的碳氮源,对生长和芽孢形成具有双重的促进作用,其培养物具有较高的杀蚊活性。K+、Mg2+、Ca2+和Mn2+(Fe2+)是B.sC341生长和芽孢形成必需的金属离子;Na+对芽孢形成有一定的促进作用。生物素在多氨基酸无机盐复合培养基里对其影响不甚明显,而乙酸钠和硫胺素有利于该菌的生长和繁殖,但延缓其芽孢的形成。
The carbon nitrogen nutrition requirements and the effects of amino acids,metal elements and vitamins on growth,sporulation and synthesis of mosquito larval toxin in strain B.s C 3 41 were in vestigated.It was discovered that the B.s C 3 41 strain could grow,sporulate abundantly and produce high toxicity to mosquito larvae of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in the liquid media prepared by KH 2PO 4/Na 2HPO 4 buffer and containing inorganic salts and proline,arginine or glutamate.The experiment results showed these amino acids metioned above can serve as good source of carbon and nitrogen for B.s C 3 41.The trial result of metal elements suggested K +,Mg 2+ ,Ca 2+ and Mn 2+ (Fe 2+ )were essential for growth and sporulation of B.s C 3 41 and Na + was beneficial for its sporulation.Biotin gave few effects on B.s C 3 41 grown in a mixed medium containing 18 amino acids and 7 inorganic salts,but sodium acetate and thiamin supported good growth and prolonged ferment period.
