招生和毕业生就业工作是工科高校的一项生命工程,人才培养质量高低与否是决定工科高校招生就业工作成败的关键;目前一些工科高校存在的"招生难"、"就业难"应从专业建设、教学体系建设、办学体制改革和人才培养模式创新等三方面尝试创新,以推动工科人才培养水平提升。

This paper points out that enrollment employment is the lifeline for colleges of engineering and that quality of talent cultivation determines whether or not any achievement can be made in enrollment employment.In connection with difficulties in enrollment or employment in several colleges of engineering,this paper for promoting enrollment employment of proposes that innovation should be done in the construction of specialties,the construction of colleges of engineering.
