La_2O_3 Effect on the Electrical and Mechnical Properties of Alumina Ceramic

摘要 研究了La2O3添加对氧化铝基板性能的影响。结果表明,0.5%La2O3的引入,可使陶瓷基板抗折强度的分散性得到明显改善,并使抗折强度得到明显提高,但对电性能无明显影响。 The paper researched the effect of La2O3 on the properties of alumina substrates mechnical and electrical. The experiment proves that the 0.5% La2O3 introduced to the formula improved obvious bend strength uniformity and improved the bend strength, but it has no effect on the electrical properties.
