健康促进对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者预后的影响

Observation of the effect of health promotion on the improvement of prognosis of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨健康促进对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者预后的影响。方法:将95例确诊为COPD的患者随机分为对照组47例和实验组48例,两组在住院期间均接受相同的治疗用药及临床护理,均给予程序化常规宣教;实验组出院后继续实施健康促进,并进行为期6个月的随访。6个月末比较两组患者的生活质量、遵医行为、复发再入院情况及诊疗费用。结果:实验组生活质量、遵医行为明显好于对照组(P<0.01),再入院率及诊疗费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康促进可增强患者遵医行为、降低诊疗费用、提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of health promotion on the improvement of prognosis of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods：95 patients diagnosed of COPD were randomly divided into control group （n=47） and experimental group （n=48）.The patients in both groups received the same drug treatment,clinical nursing care and standard routine health education in the duration of hospitalization.The patients in the experimental group were continuously given health education when they were discharged from hospital and follow-up was conducted for 6 months.The quality of life,compliance to treatment,rehospitalization of the patients and treatment costs were compared between the two groups at the end of 6-month follow-up.Results：The quality of life and compliance to treatment were better in the experimental group than those in the control group （P0.01）;readmission rate and treatment costs were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Health promotion can enhance patient＇s compliance to treatment,reduce treatment costs and improve quality of life of the patients.
