摘要
目的观察蓝科肤宁治疗局限性神经性皮炎的疗效与副作用。方法将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例用蓝科肤宁溶液湿敷,每次30 min,每日2次;对照组30例用庆大霉素生理盐水溶液湿敷,每次30 min,每日2次。疗程均为2周。结果治疗组有效率为86.67%,治愈率为50.00%;对照组有效率为26.67%,治愈率为13.33%,两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论蓝科肤宁溶液湿敷治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效好,安全无副作用,可减少复发,特别适用于颜面部和不宜长期使用激素的患者。
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of velvetfeeling in the limitation Neurodermatitis. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups. 30 of treatment group treated with LandTek skin - ning solution wet compressing,30 of the control group treated with normal saline solution with gentamicin wet compressing, each time 30 minutes, 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67 %, the cure rate was 50.00% ;the effective rate of the control group was 26.67% ,the cure rate was 13.33%. The differences of the effective rates and the cure rates were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of velvetfeeling solution wet compressing treating limitation neurodermatitis was well, which was safety without side effects, might reduce recurrence. Particularly fit to the facial skin and the patients who couldn＇t tolerance long -term treatment with hormone.
