Nursing care of upper urinary stones in children treated with mPCNL

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜治疗小儿上尿路结石的护理.方法 2005年10月～2009年6月微创经皮肾镜治疗小儿上尿路结石43例,对患儿及家属术前加强心理护理,术后做好病情观察、导管护理、并发症的观察及健康指导.结果 43例术后无死亡,一次性取净结石34例,二次取净结石9例,所有患儿无输血,患儿及家属能以积极健康的心态配合治疗.结论 良好的术前心理护理、术后护理对微创经皮肾镜治疗小儿上尿路结石十分重要.

Objective To explore the way of nursing care upper urinary stones in children treated with mini - puncture pereutaneous nephrostomy lithotripsy（mPCNL）. Methods From September 2005 to Jnne 2008,43 cases of upper urinary tract stones in children were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. All eases and their families were reinforced psychological nursing care preoperatively, and all cases were strengthened illness observation, drainage tube nursing, complications observation and health instruction. Results In 43 cases, stones were cleared in one mini - PCNL session in 34 cases, and two mini - PCNL sessions in 9 cases. No case required blood transfusion. All cases could coordinate with treatment through preoperative and postoperative nursing. Conclusion Effective nursing is very important in mcrotraumatic treatment of obstructive kidney disfunction caused by upper urinary stones
