剖宫产术后并发下肢血栓性静脉炎的防治分析

Diagnosing and treating thrombophlebitis in lower extremity in patients after cesarean section

目的总结剖宫产术后并发下肢血栓性静脉炎的诊治,为防治该类疾病提供临床资料。方法分析笔者所在医院34例剖宫产术后发生下肢血栓性静脉炎患者的诊断和治疗,汇总采取的检查和检测手段,总结防治措施和方法。结果所有病例经用药及对症处理后均痊愈或明显好转出院。结论针对剖宫产术后存在发生下肢血栓性静脉炎的高危因素,加强预防和护理。采取合理的药物、物理治疗和护理措施,治疗剖宫产术后下肢血栓性静脉炎可取得良好的临床效果。

Objective To analyze retrospectively diagnosis and treatment of thrembophlebitis in lower extremity in patients after cesarean section were carried out only for obtaining more clinical data on the treatment and prevention of the disease. Methods A total of 34 patients with thrombophlebitis in lower extremity after cesarean section were investigated and analyzed, including their Symptoms, signs, Laboratory test and accessory examination. All data and outcomes were all summarized ,as well as the treatment and prevention. Results All patients in the retrospective cases were cured and got good rehabilitation when they left from the hospital. Conclusion There occurred risk factors on thrombophlebitis of lower extremity after cesarean section, which called for good education and nursing care. Positive or passive exercise in lower extremity, some medicines, nursing intervention and physicahherapy were Positive effect to prevent from the disease.
