采用桩基沉降等效作用分层总和法,对西安市长安区某住宅楼进行了桩基沉降变形验算,结果表明:该工程桩基础沉降量、整体倾斜值均符合规范要求,桩基沉降稳定。

The paper adopts the equivalent layer settlement accumulation method of the settlement of pile foundation, has the settlement and deformation calculus for the pile foundation of some residence building in Chang＇ an region of Xi＇ an, shows that the settlement and the general inclining value of the pile foundation can adhere to the regulation requirement, and the settlement of pile foundation is stable.
