外墙保温质量缺陷成因及防治措施

On reasons for quality weakness of insulation of exterior walls and prevention measures

针对目前我国常用的外保温技术在施工过程中因材料不满足要求,墙体基层原因及聚苯板施工不规范等因素造成的质量缺陷进行了原因分析,分别提出了相应的防治措施,以保证外墙保温施工质量,从而实现建筑节能目标。

The paper points out the reasons analysis for the quality weakness caused by the unqualified materials, the problems in wall basement and the irregular behavior in polystyrene board construction in the construction process for the common exterior insulation technique in Chitin, and indicates respective prevention measures, so as to ensure the construction quality of the exterior wall insulation, and realize the architectural energy-saving.
