介绍了连续运行参考站系统(CORS)的概念及其在国内外的发展现状,具体分析了在天津滨海新区建设CORS系统需要解决的参考站效益、坐标框架测定、大地水准面精化等关键问题,以期指导滨海CORS系统的建设。

The thesis introduces the conception of the Continuous Operation Reference System（ODRS） and its developmental present situation in home and abroad, analyzes concretely the key issues that should be solved during constructing CORS in Tianjin Binhai new district such as the benefits of the reference station, the determination of the coordinate frame, gecid refining and so on, expecting to guide the consmaction of OORS in Binhai.
