以山西省尊村灌区为例,根据历年灌溉情况,分析了实灌面积萎缩不前的原因,提出了改变现状,扩大实灌面积的对策建议,以期将尊村灌区建设成为现代化节水型灌区,实现其可持续发展的目标。
