摘要
多途径提高会计教师的自身理论知识及传授水平和对实践课程的指导能力,是培养“双师型”会计教师的着力点.针对目前会计专业师资队伍从在的问题,从“入口关”、工作量、职称评定、实习基地的建设、兼职教师、继续教育等方面提出了一些建议.
Accounting teachers should improve their theoretical and practical knowledge by various means, which is the key to cultivating doubleprofessionally - titled accounting teachers. With the existing problems considered, suggestions are put forward, concerning teachers' appointment, workload, evaluation of professional titles, construction of practice base, part-time teacher, further education, etc.
