摘要
学业能力为认知能力、科研能力和创新能力。对医事法学本科生学业能力的审视,既是对其自身能力和社会价值的审视,也是对法学高等教育教学效果的检验。就业能力则包括基础实践、知识拓展、应聘能力。医事法学本科生就业能力的培植,则应注重职业信仰能力、法学研究能力、法律实务能力的综合培植,从而进一步提升医事法学本科生的培养质量。
Academic ability may be defined as cognitive capacity, scientific research ability and innovation ability. Judging the academic ability of undergraduate students of medicine legal science should involve their own capability and social value carefully, and is also a test of the effectiveness of legal science higher education. Employment-seeking ability includes the foundational practice, knowledge development and interview ability. Cultivation of the employment-seeking ability of undergraduate students of medicine legal science should pay great attention to the combination of their professional belief ability, legal science research ability and legal practice ability to further upgrade the quality of undergraduate students of medicine legal science.
