国外继续医学教育管理模式的启示

Implication of the Continuing Medical Education Mode in Western Countries

继续医学教育是医学教育的重要组成部分,也是我国医学教育发展的一大瓶颈。在梳理和总结英国、美国、法国等发达国家继续医学教育概况的基础上,归纳其特点,并结合我国继续医学教育的现状,从继续医学教育管理的规范化、法制化、标准化以及建立有效的评价机制等方面对我国继续医学教育的改革与发展提出了思考。

Continuing medical education is an important part of medical education and is also a bottleneck in its development in China. The authors first summarize the characteristics of continuing medical education in developed countries such as the Great Britain, the United States, and France. Based upon this, some suggestions are made on the reform and development of continuing medical education in our country regarding the normalization, legalization and standardization of administration as well as establishment of effective appraisal mechanism.
